USMGM is looking for a wide range of feedback from a diverse user group of varying experience levels. All we ask is that candidates provide clear and timely feedback on their product experiences to our development team. You don’t need to be an influencer, special operator, or gunsmith—just someone willing to invest time and effort into testing our equipment. Our team will select participants based on the specific data we need for a given product.

What kinds of products will be available in the CORE Program?
CORE trial products range from new weapon systems and accessories to tactical equipment and more. Subscribing to our newsletter will be the fastest way to hear about upcoming CORE opportunities.
If I apply, will I get into the Program?
Application or entry into the CORE Program does not guarantee acceptance into any testing trials, and USMGM reserves the right to deny any participant for any reason.
How will I know I am accepted into the CORE Program?
You will receive an acceptance letter from USMGM with instructions on how to proceed to the next step in the process.
I haven’t received a response since I applied, what’s going on?
You will only be notified if you are accepted into a specific trial, not if you are denied entry or awaiting trial participation. We screen every application received, and while you may not be accepted into a trial immediately, or to the trial you applied for, once you have submitted for CORE, you will be evaluated for participation in each new trial. Please do not send multiple applications.
I received my first Acceptance Letter; will I get to test all future products too?
Depending on the needs of our product development team, you may or may not be selected for future product trials. However, if you consistently provide reliable trial data during your initial trial, your status will remain active in the CORE Program, and you will be considered for future opportunities.
I received my CORE trial product, now what?
Congratulations! Use the item as you would during the course of your normal training or professional routine. Record your notes in the provided Trial Form and send it to core@usmilgrade.com within the timeframe specified in the Acceptance Letter.

I already submitted my CORE survey sheet but how do I add additional feedback?
If you have significant updates, you may submit a new survey sheet or email your updates along with your member number to core@usmilgrade.com. Please avoid submitting additional updates on your prototype once the official version has been released.
Do I get to keep my CORE trial product?
Once an item is in your possession, it is yours to keep. You may be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or other legally binding agreement, but that will vary depending on the specific trial.
I just want early access to new USMGM products before the official release.
We understand your eagerness, but abusing this opportunity by not providing the appropriate data will result in permanent termination from the program.
What information do you collect and retain from CORE members?
USMGM collects only the personal information necessary to understand your trial experience. We do not share any CORE data with external entities and will permanently delete all personally identifiable information when you are removed from the program. We will maintain a record of your trial data along with your unique member number.
How do I unsubscribe from the CORE Program?
To remove your information, please email core@usmilgrade.com with either your CORE member number or your applicant email address, along with your first and last name, and indicate that you wish to be removed from our database.
